HighIncomeSurf.Com is an unique paid traffic exchange program where Members Receive Payment for viewing the websites or advertising owned and/or promoted by other online professionals. Members get PTS (Paid to Surf), PPV (Paid to View), PTR (Paid to Read), PTSU (Paid to do Surveys) & PTC (Paid to Click).

:: TERMS & CONDITIONS::

When you Join HighIncomeSurf.Com, you are acknowledging that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined on our site. You further acknowledge, that you are 18 years of age or older.

1. This program is a private advertising business, for it's members to engaged in online advertising and promotion of products and services. Our website is exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and all amendments, or The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Regulations, or The Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Rules & Regulations thereof. We are not registered with any recognized body as financial advisors or dealers in securities per The Investment Advisers Act of 1940. You acknowledge and agree under penalty of perjury that you have not relied on any of these Acts or ANY OTHER related regulations from any other jurisdictions. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity or any authority.

2. We have the right to change the terms and conditions of this site at any time and will provide all members a 24Hr. notice by email, before the changes take effect.

2.1 Further more, if any member of HighIncomeSurf.Com disagrees with the changes proposed and wishes to leave the program, and delete their account, please contact the site admin for assistance.

3. Purchases of HighIncomeSurf.Com Membership Units are considered bought and paid for memberships in our program, not investments or deposits of any kind. The money we pay members is a payment for the service provided by them, to view advertisers ads or other member websites. All membership units are non-refundable, and charge-backs are grounds for account cancellation with all funds withheld.

4. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve fund, member participation, technical issues, payment processor problems or legislation. It may become necessary for the Owner of this site to change the earning rates and referral commissions for continued growth and sustainability. Earning rates are based on the the site health and will be adjusted if need be.

4.1 These rates currently are set at 5% Daily for 30 Days and Payouts are processed as explained below. Once purchased, the earning rate of the Membership unit that you have, does not change. It will stay the same until it expires.

4.2 If the Owner of the site feels that the site health requires a lower earning rate(daily%) or a shorter length in time(earning days), the Owner has the right to change these terms at anytime with a 24 hour notice to its members. This change, if required, is for the benefit of the program and its continued success for its members.

5. You may only have one account. Our IP verification technology will insure adherence to this policy. Anyone found in violation will have all offending accounts deleted without warning and all earnings withheld. If for some reason you require two accounts, please contact the admin of HighIncomeSurf.Com to discuss this further, thank you.

6. Your account will be deleted if you are inactive for 60 days after the expiry of your Membership Unit.

:: PAYOUT WITHDRAWAL::

Payouts are processed automatically and will be on a 15 day cycle, and paid within 5 business days. All payouts will be paid to the Payment Processor that the member has indicated in the member's profile area. All wire transfers will be made through PTSPAY.Com if requested.

A 5% Admin fee is charged on all payouts to cover Staff wages, Payment Processor charges, server and operational expenses.

Any members found in violation of the above are subject to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings.
